So, are you a fan of the super-wacky-fun-time adventures of Ban and the rest of the Dekarangers but can't afford the Dekaranger stuff? Well, luckily, the nice folks at Bandai of America have provided some nice options for getting Dekaranger stuff on the cheap. So, I'll just tell you what advantages (or disadvantages) these figures have over their Dekaranger counterparts. Important to note, however: I own no Dekaranger toys. I get all my toy information from here and here.
1! Figures: The Power Rangers SPD Light Patorl figures are definitely a lot better than the Dekaranger counterparts. Mainly, we get the entire team, including the ladies. I highly recommend these. Also, if you get the LP Omega and LP Shadow figures, you get two halves to make a D-Bazooka. Oh, and get the Sound Patrol figures for the core team. They're in SWAT Mode, and you can remove the batteries if you don't like the sounds they make.
2! Changers/Morphers: Stay away from the SPD morphers unless you have a child. The Delta/Patrol/Omega Morphers are total crap compared to the SP/Master Liscense and the BraceThrottle. However, if you have a kid, they'll love it. Just if you're buying for yourself, don't get them. In this case, shell out the duckets to get the Dekaranger stuff.
3! Weapons: This is a tough one to do, mainly since little stuff that was used in Dekaranger and SPD was released. Only the Hybrid Magnum set/Delta Blasters. However, this is nice. It does away with the wheel-moving feature, which makes no sense to me. However, it does go for a duller silver than the shiny chrome on the Hybrid Magnum. So, that's up to you to decide which you like better. However, the Deltamax Striker and Delta Enforcer are SPD only, so I can't recommend them for the Dekaranger fan.
4! Mecha/Megazords: Don't get the Delta Squad Megazord. It looks nothing like DekarangerRobo and doesn't include the cards that PatSigner has with the DRR set. As for the other mecha, I recommend the Supreme Megazord set 'cause it looks just like DekaWingRobo. The only problem you may have is that the peg to switch between the sounds from PatFlyer 1 sounds to DekaWingRobo sounds may be a little short. I found that tape, folded and then taped on the corresponding button, works well. As for the Omega and Delta Command Megazords, I'll leave that for you to decide. DekaBaseRobo is un-Valarly expensive and rare to import, so you'll probably want the DCM just 'cause it's 60 bucks, American. For the Omega, I like it. Though, it doesn't have all the correct stickers.
5! In short: Get the figures, make your own choices about the little common weapon toys released, stay away from the morphers, don't the the Delta Squad Megazord, do get the Supreme Megazord, and make your own decision about the Omega and Delta Command Megazords.
SPD! DekaRed! DekaBlue! DekaGreen! DekaYellow! DekaPink! Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger! (And no, I couldn't resist, thank you very much)
Also, if I missed anything, tell me.

There is also www.toysnjoys.com but they can be iffy on shipping. You can also check out www.rangerboard.com 's Merchandise section, they have reviews of the sentai toys and a couple stickies in regard to the differences between sentai vs. american morphers and zords.
