Well, I sat down and did the first chapter of my Magiranger fic "Nightfall versus Flames." Thanks to itsbuttery for the help with the title and spell for the tale

Chapter 1: Resurrection of the Dark Magic Knight

[Infershia: God Hangout]

N Ma: Sphinx, go to the Dueling Ring and bring me the ashes of Meemy.

Sphinx: Why, N Ma-sama?

N Ma: To destroy those blasted Magicians, of course...

[Scene change; Surface world, Ozu house backyard. The Magiranger are having a memorial for Titan, joined by Hikaru, Isamu and Miyuki. The service has just ended]

Isamu: (to himself) We will not let Titan’s sacrifice be in vain. We will defeat N Ma.

Houka: Father?

Isamu: Nothing, Houka.

Miyuki: Well, let’s go have some lunch, everyone. Makito made a special Memorial Aniki Salad, just for today.

[The Ozu family plus Hikaru enter the house, talking and laughing]

[Scene change: Infershia, God Hangout]

Dagon: (With Sphinx and Selphir behind me) Great N Ma, what do you need with the ashes of this failure?

N Ma: Watch and see, Dagon.

[N Ma removes his other eye and, placing it in the ashes and infusing the mess with an un-godly amount of power, cause an explosion. Dagon, Sphinx, and Selphir all shield their eyes]

Voice: Uuza Uru Uuzarra! [Explosion reverses, revealing Wolzard]

Selphir: Impossible...

Sphinx: Wolzard?

Dagon: (Laughing evilly) Those Magicians will be utterly annihilated...

N Ma: Selphir, he will need one of your steeds.

Selphir: Of course, N Ma.

[End Chapter 1]
